Phone call / interview

We want to get to know you. After we receive and review your application, a Maui Whitening representative will call you to schedule a phone call with someone from our Dealer Team. During the call, we will discuss your dealer application and your goals, as well as answer questions you may have about Maui Whitening.

Maui Whitening will send you a Dealer Agreement to sign after Step 1 and Step 2 are completed

After we approve your Dealer Application and speak with you briefly on the phone, we will then send you Dealer Documents to sign, accepting your dealership.

Order your Dealer Startup Package

The Dealer Startup Package contains materials you will need to start your new Maui Whitening business.You will comunicate with someone on our Dealer Team so that we can customize and ship you your new Dealer Startup Package and have it ready for you right after Dealer Training!

Schedule your Certified Dealer Training

We require our USA dealers to complete Dealer Training Certification to sell our products and sessions. The training includes training for up to 2 people. Additional staff members may be added to the training. Please contact the Dealer Team for those details. Once you successfully complete the training, you will become “Maui Whitening Certified”. The Maui Whitening Certification Certificate will be offered to you once the training is completed. Training lasts 2 half days. (4-6 hours totals)

Set up your salon location and open for business

Setting up your salon is easy. Once you find your space, you can set up your equipment in approximately 2-3 hours. It’s easy! we will also show you step by step how to launch your first Maui Whitening salon.We also provide you with the same materials that we use to launch each salon location to the public!
